I’m sorry you had that experience Keri ~ I would always encourage you to add more chicken stock, wine, or cream, if you feel your sauce is not adequate. What I did do is fry the things and removed the skins so they could be crispy and placed the chicken in the sauce.



I also used boneless, skinless chicken thighs and baked them in the oven. I can see why this is a favorite of many! Lots of flavours and that creamy sauce looks so good! And it really was delicious. I also adapted it to be cooked in an instant pot. This recipe is absolutely scrumptious! Both my wife and I liked it. I need to try the Instant Pot idea, sounds good! I had some chicken thighs to cook and was looking for recipes that seemed keto friendly.
