When baked, take it out of the oven and leave it to rest for a while. The texture is chewy, yet also crisps up on the outside for a crust like effect. I will try again and see if I can get a fluffier result.
What’s the taste of hemp protein isolate? Melt the butter in the microwave and add to the almond flour and baking powder mixture. It absolutely helps! Most of the keto bread recipe are soft and mimic really well soft bread but not the European Dutch style bread.
