I hope this review was helpful and made you think twice about where you live. At some point you most likely will encounter my issues. The parking spots is also an issue they should be assigned parking spots I can never get a parking spot by my actual apartment because people have more than 2 cars why do I have to park all the way down the other side that's bullshit and they need to make spots for visitors! I quickly and promptly informed the office staff and they came and inspected my unit. It's a nice apartment big and spacious, the pool is definitely small only get an hour before all the screaming kids come! I was informed that anything over 30% was bad. Pool is small for the amount of apartments but still very nice. • Their prices for the square footage and what is included is inciting but the buildings were made poorly with cracks in the floors, bad ventilation, VERY POOR sound proofing and garbage pick up is either late or doesn't come at all. I can't keep my windows open because people let their yapping dogs on the balcony and all the do is bark, we have complained multiple times and it only works for some time and they are back at it. Tega Cay is an excellent area to raise a family. Apartments are modern and beautifully maintained. The mold specialist informed me my unit was 99% infected with Aspergillus.
